I have small sun spots all over my face (more than I can ever count) and while this concealer does a pretty good job at covering them, they still peek through. Using this concealer on sun spots can be tricky, however. It lasts throughout the day on me without flaking or creasing. And another great thing is this concealer is there to stay. You probably won’t even need a foundation afterwards. After moisturizing your face, dab this thing on the spot(s), blend it out, and you are done. Well, this is the product you are looking for. ![]() You know when you are experiencing a really bad breakout, the last thing you want to do is cake on more products yet at the same time you want it concealed. Since it is very opaque, it works great on acne and scars as well. Instead, use a “patting” motion so you don’t move the concealer. If you choose to use a velour puff to apply your powder, try not to “drag” the puff across your skin. I usually top with a loose setting powder anyway by applying it lightly with a large fluffy brush for the most natural-looking finish. ![]() It has sort of a silky, powdery finish so you may even get away without setting with a powder. This concealer works great on its own both under and over foundation or without foundation. I apply the product over the areas that need coverage, then either use a fingertip or small fluffy brush (such as MAC 217 or Real Techniques Setting brush) to blend it out. As for other imperfections on the face, I find that it is best applied on well-moisturized skin and the best method of application for me is to apply directly from the stick. It brightens up my under eye area so well without accentuating any fine lines or wrinkles. I don’t have much of a dark circle problem to begin with but on days when I didn’t have enough sleep, this is the first thing I reach for. It is scent-free and a little goes a really long way. All while being extremely lightweight (imagine airy whip feeling!) and is never cakey. This is a full coverage concealer that basically covers everything, be it under eye circles, blemishes, sun spots, freckles, basically any sort of imperfections. No fancy packaging here but it’s much better and way more convenient than those that come in a pot. The concealer comes in a shiny twist-up tube, much like a lipstick. I purchased mine in shade Ocher which is a perfect match for my NC30 skin tone. Read on to find out how this concealer lived up to the hype. The correct word would have to be “ the magic concealer” or “ the best concealer in the whole universe“. This concealer has been receiving so many rave reviews and I have to say I was initially hesitant to drop a whopping $70 on a simple stick concealer! But boy, was I wrong to call it “ simple” when in fact, it was anything but. ![]()
